The Crochet Spider stitch is a very easy stitch to do. Basically, you crochet sc and ch in ch sps. Instructions below explains more.

This example uses US stitch abbreviation.

For Crochet Spider Stitch, begin with chain an odd number of chains + 2. In this example, I chained 15 chains.

FR: Ch 15, turn, [1 sc, 1 ch, 1 sc] in 3rd ch from hook, *skip 1 ch, [1 sc, 1 ch, 1 sc] in next ch*, repeat between ** to last two chs, skip 1 ch, 1 sc in last ch. Turn.

Row 1. Ch 2, sk 1st 2 sc, [1 sc, 1 ch, 1 sc] in each ch sp, end with 1 sc in 2nd ch of ch 2. Turn.

Repeat row 1 until you have desired length.
