How to Crochet Flower in 3D ~ Free Crochet Pattern

This crochet flower is created to be in 3D. It can be used as a single motif or you can combine several together.

Crochet Materials

Crochet hook size 4.0

Crochet yarn 4 ply in green and pink.

Crochet very fine yarn orange color.

Needle.

Crochet Flower Pattern Instructions.

Begin with Green yarn.

Ch 26, turn, sl st in 3rd ch from hook, sk 9 chs, sl st in 10th ch from hook, sk 9 ch, sl st in 10th ch from hook, sk 2 chs, sl st in 1st ch. Ch 9, sl st in 1st 2 ch sp made. Twist the 9 ch sp, st st in next 9 ch sp, twist that 9 ch sp, sl st in next 9 ch sp, 21 sc in same 9 ch sp, sl st in next (twisted) 9 ch cp, 16 sc in 9 ch sp, sl st in next (twisted) 9 ch sp, sl st in next sc, ch 10, sk 9 chs, sl st in next ch, continue crochet in scs, *ch 3, sk 1 sc sc in next sc*, repeat between ** 10 times, ch 10, sk 9 chs, sl st in next ch, continue on sc **ch 3, sk 1 sc, sc in next sc**, repeat between ** ** 8 times, ch 10, sk 9 chs, sl st in next ch, continue on sc. Repeat between ** ** 8 times. Fold 10 ch sp before next 10 ch sp over the next 10 ch sp, sl st in 10 ch sp. Fold remaining 10 ch sp inside 1st 10 ch sp and lay next to 10 ch sp with sl st ( see pics).

16 sc in 10 ch sp, twist the same 10 ch sp twice and sl st in next 10 ch sp, 16 sc in 10 ch sp, sl st in 10 ch sp folded over the other two 10 ch sps, 16 sc in 10 ch sp. Twist the 10 ch sp before last one twice and sl st in 1st sc (2nd 10 ch sp). Tighten. Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Change to pink color and begin Crochet edging. 

*Sl st in 3 ch sp, sl st in sc between 3 ch sp, 3 ch picot in same st*, continue between ** all around.

Use sewing needle and thin orange yarn. Thread around stitches in the middle 3 10 ch sps. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
