<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>This pattern uses US stitch abbreviation.</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Use 100 % Acrylic yarn and Moda Vera Fayette&nbsp;Yarn multicolor. Use crochet hook size 5.0 mm</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Begin by using Yellow yarn. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Round 1. Over a single cord foundation crochet: 1 sc + 1 hdc + 3 dc + 1 hdc + 1 sc, (1 sc over the cord foundation on the 4<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;sc of the ring) x 5.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Round 2. *Over a single cord foundation crochet 1 sc on the 2<sup>nd</sup>&nbsp;of the 3 empty sc stitches of the ring and behind the little leaves of the 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;row, 17 sc over a single cord*, repeat between ** 5 times, end with 1 sl st in the 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;sc on the ring, 4 sl st on the first 4 sc of the first 17 chain scallop.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Round 3. *Ch 4 (at the repeats make 1 dc instead of ch 3), (1 dc + 1 ch)x 9, sk 7 sc*, repeat between ** 5 times, 1 sl st in 3<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;ch, ch 1.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Change yarn to Moda Vera Fayette&nbsp;Yarn multicolor.</p>

<p><strong>Make Iris</strong></p>
<p>With Green yarn. Use a double cord about 50 cm (20 inches). Use a sewing needle and thread the double cord through the side of pupils and the edge branches. Continue all the way around. Fasten off. Weave in ends.</p>

<p>Safety Pin.</p>
<h2>Crochet Instructions</h2>
<p>Wind yarn 20 times around your index finger. Slip loop off the finger and tie the ring off with a sl st.</p>
<p>Round 1. 21 sc in ring, sl st in 1st sc. <strong>Crochet the 1st &#8216;arm&#8217; as follows</strong>: Ch 10, fasten a safety pin to ch 10 to secure work, turn, 20 sc back over 10 ch, sl st in next sc round 1. Turn. (ch 4, sk 4 sc on arm, sc in next sc) x 4. Turn. In each 4- ch sp on arm crochet 6 sc, sk next sc on round 1, sl st in next sc. Turn. <strong>Crochet 2nd &#8216;arm&#8217; as follows:</strong> Ch 10, sl st in 3rd sc in 2nd loop from the centre. Turn. Crochet 20 sc in 10-ch sp, sl st in next sc of round 1. Complete arm as before. Crochet 5 more &#8216;arms&#8217;. Fasten off. Re-attach yarn in &#8216;arm 1&#8217; where safety pin is, and attach with sl st in 3rd sc in 2nd loop from centre &#8216;arm&#8217; 5, sl st in next st to secure it.</p>
<p>Fasten off and Weave in ends.</p>

<p>Round 4. Sl st in 4 ch sp, ch 1, (sc, 7 dc, sc) in each 4 ch sp around, end with sl st in 1st sc.</p>

<p>Round 4. Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each of next 6 sc, 2 sc in 3-ch sp, sl st in any sc on Round 6 of Rose, sc in lame 3 ch sp leaf, sl st in next sc. Fasten off. Weave in ends.</p>
<p>Leaf 2-5.</p>
<p>Rep leaf 1 until you have 1 center point and 5 side points on side 1, end with ch 2 on 5th point last side, ch 2, sl st in point of previous leaf closest to flower. Turn.
