Ingredients

• 500 g Edible mushroom of your choice.
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1 Red onion
• 2 tsp Smoked Capsicum
• 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
• 1 Cup Coconut Cream
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 1.5 Cup Vegetable Stock
• 1/2 Cup White Wine
• 1 tsp Celtic Salt
• 1 tbsp Pepper
• 1 tbsp Corn flour
• 1 Cup Spinach
• 1 Cup Kale
• 1 Cup Diced Carrots
• Pasta of your choice
• 1/2 Cup Parsley to season at the end. Optional.

Instructions

• Melt butter in a deep frying pan.
