This pattern uses US stitch abbreviation. 

Bar and Lattice Crochet Stitch needs a multiple of 4 sts + 1, add 5 ch for the foundation chain, in this example chain 22.

FR. Ch 22, 1 dc in 10th ch from hook, *ch 3, sk 3 ch, 1 dc in next ch*, repeat between ** to end. Turn.

Row 1. Ch 5, sk 1 ch, 1 sc in next ch, ch 2, sk 1 ch, *1 dc in dc, ch 2, sk 1 ch, 1 sc in next ch, ch 2, sk 1 ch*, repeat between ** to end, ending with 1 dc in next ch. Turn.

Repeat row 1 and 2.
