How to Crochet Fairy Doll Boots

This pattern uses the Peacock crochet stitch. 

Crochet Materials:
Crochet hook size 3.0
4 Seasons Marvel 8 Ply Yarn Blue and White

Crochet Instructions

With Blue:

Ch 22.
Row 1. 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, *sk 4 ch, 9 ddc in next ch, sk 4 ch, 1 sc in next ch*, repeat between ** to end. Turn.
Row 2. Ch 4, 1 ddc in 1st sc, *ch 3, sk 4 ddc, 1 sc in next ddc (the middle ddc in 9-ddc-group), ch 3, sk 4 ddc, 2 ddc in next sc*, repeat between ** to end. Turn.
Attach White
Row 3. Ch 1, 1 sc in sp between first 2 ddc, *sk 3 ch, 9 ddc in next sc, sk 3 ch, 1 sc in sp between 2 ddc*, repeat between ** to end.
Row 4. Repeat row 2.

Attach blue.
Repeat row 3 and 4.

Attach White:
Repeat row 3 and 4.

Attach Blue:
Repeat row 3 and 4.

Attach White:
Repeat row 3 and 4. Fasten off.

With right side together sl st sides tog half way up from row 1 blue yarn. Sl st past 1st white row 1 and 2. Fasten off.

Turn boot inside out.

Start crochet foot of boot.

Use crochet hook size 3.0 and blue yarn.

Re-attach yarn in middle of row 1  (between 2 ddc-groups).

Round 1. 1 sc in sl st. 1 sc in next 4 ch, 2 sc in next st (same st as 9 ddc-group), 1 sc in next 4 ch, 2 sc in next st (same as 2 ddc-group), 1 sc in next 4 ch, 2 sc in next st (same st as 9 ddc-group), 1 sc in next 4 ch, sl st in 1st sc.
Round 2. 2 sc in next 4 sc, 1 sc in next scs until last 4 sc, 2 sc in last 4 sc.
Round 3. Repeat row 2.
Round 4. 1 sc in next 12 sc, 2-sc tog x 6, 1 sc in remaining scs.
Round 5. 2 sc tog x 6, 1 sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc tog x 6.
Round 6. 2 sc tog all around.
Round 7. 2 sc tog all around until hole.
Sl st remaining opening tog.

Fasten off and Weave in ends.
